In his second year with Central Mass Thunder, Chris Reding moves up to coach the 16U team. Chris brings over 17 years of softball coaching experience to the Thunder family. For the past eight years, Chris has coached at the high school level, two years junior varsity and six years at the varsity level. Chris spent three years at the Whitinsville Christian School and four years as the head coach of the Northbridge Varsity softball team.

​Chris is currently the assistant varsity softball coach at Medway High School, where he graduated from in 1986. Chris has also coached travel ball over the years with ASA (A and B levels) as well as Pony League Softball. He is also an Epstein Certified Hitting Instructor and gives lessons and runs clinics at local facilities.
